about Steven Paskover

As a Director within Walker & Dunlop’s Capital Markets group, Steven Paskover is responsible for sourcing and structuring financing for all commercial real estate asset classes through a broad range of capital providers. Mr. Paskover is based in Los Angeles, California, and has closed transactions totaling nearly $3 billion throughout the course of his career.

Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Paskover served as Director for the Capital Markets Americas group at JLL, where he was responsible for debt originations in the Southern California region. He joined JLL as part of the company’s acquisition of HFF, where he began his career in commercial real estate. Between the two firms, Mr. Paskover gained over nine years of industry experience.

Mr. Paskover earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Loyola Marymount University and serves as an Urban Land Institute (ULI) Youth Leader.
