about Stewart Hill

Stewart Hill is the Managing Director of Originations for Alliant Strategic Investments, a Walker & Dunlop Company. In his role, Mr. Hill is responsible for sourcing equity for and closing preservation housing deals. Mr. Hill works closely with the team to ensure that our investments in preservation housing are made according to company, fund, and investor requirements. His extensive experience in affordable housing includes oversight of asset management, acquisitions, partner relations, sales & marketing, and public relations.

Prior to Alliant Strategic Investments, Mr. Hill worked at Hill Advisory, where he worked in asset management, property management, business development, acquisition, equity and limited partner relationships, debt relationships, due diligence, LIHTC, non-profits, agencies, HUD, housing authorities, supportive housing, and resident services.

Mr. Hill is a board member of the Texas Interfaith Housing and Management Corporations and a member of NCHSA, TAAHP, and TALHFA. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in Marketing and Economics and an advanced sales and leadership certification from the Dale Carnegie Institute.
