about Trevor Brotman

Trevor Brotman is a Senior Managing Director on the Multifamily Finance team based in Irvine, CA. In his role, he is responsible for GSE originations, managing client relationships, increasing loan production, and maintaining relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and balance sheet lending. Throughout his career, Mr. Brotman has originated over $17 billion of multifamily-oriented transactions.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Brotman worked as a Managing Director at Wells Fargo, where he held a GSE production role. He joined Wells Fargo in 2009 through the merger with Wachovia. Before that, he held a similar role as a director with Wachovia Multifamily Capital.  He joined Wachovia through the acquisition of an agency lending platform from Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc.

Mr. Brotman earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from San Diego State University. He also earned his master’s in business administration with a finance and real estate concentration from San Diego State.
