Mr. Strange, vice president, FHA Finance is responsible for multifamily and healthcare loan originations utilizing FHA financing out of Walker & Dunlop’s Nashville, TN office. Prior to Joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Strange was a FHA originator with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage, Inc. in their Brentwood, Tennessee office. Mr. Strange originated loans under all FHA programs and established the FHA Section 242 Hospital Insurance Program during his five year tenure with the firm. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Strange was a mortgage consultant for Sun Trust Mortgage, Inc. where he developed single family mortgage leads and an in-charge cash management analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama where he managed a $1 billion investment portfolio. Mr. Strange is a certified public accountant and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Alabama.
