Drew Anderman

Drew Anderman, senior vice president, is responsible for new loan origination, focusing on conventional multifamily loan originations through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD executions out of Walker & Dunlop's New York office. Mr. Anderman heads the New York office for Walker & Dunlop and has financed in excess of $2.7 billion of multifamily properties since 2006; including a $904MM acquisition loan for the purchase of 3,900 units in five states at the end of 2007. Mr. Anderman is a graduate of Carnegie - Mellon.
