Steven Heller, senior vice president, is responsible for the structuring and origination of multifamily loans in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania markets.
Mr. Heller has over 20 years of experience in the commercial and multifamily real estate industry with expertise in financing both market rate and affordable properties and has originated over $3 billion in loans throughout his career. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Heller served as senior vice president at CWCapital LLC and previously held the same position at PNC where he was consistently a top producer of multifamily loans during his 15-year tenure.
Mr. Heller is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and former member of the Freddie Mac Advisory Council. Mr. Heller received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida and Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University.
