Alex DiMercurio is a senior director of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing transaction management across the firm’s equity and debt platforms, including due diligence, closing, and asset management handoffs for every transaction.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, DiMercurio served as a valuations associate at Prologis, where she was responsible for the quarterly valuation and reporting of more than $16 billion in assets under management across four fund vehicles in the United States and Latin America. She also managed quarterly investment committee capital deployment recommendations and market research.

DiMercurio earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Colorado State University, graduating magna cum laude.
