Alex Hoenig, MAI, is the Midwest Regional Managing Director at Apprise. In his role, he is responsible for client relationships, growing the national platform, and expanding the appraisal team in the Midwestern region. Mr. Hoenig brings over 20 years of experience in commercial property valuation and consulting, including property appraisals, market and feasibility studies, tax appeals and expert witness testimony. 
 
Prior to Apprise, Mr. Hoenig worked as a managing director at Colliers International, where his primary focus was appraisals throughout the Central Midwest and Great Plains. Prior to that, he worked as a Director at Integra Realty Resources based in the Midwest covering the majority of the United States.
 
Mr. Hoenig lives in Kansas City, MO with his wife and two kids. He enjoys watching his kids play lacrosse and soccer, hunting, fishing, mountain biking, snowboarding and the great outdoors in general.
