Brittany Goodwin is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, Goodwin is responsible for sourcing and structuring debt financing for multifamily and commercial real estate properties nationwide.
Prior to her current role, Goodwin served as managing director and production manager focused on originating debt investments for Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners. Before that, she was a senior vice president in the commercial real estate banking group at Bank of America. During her 14-year tenure at Bank of America, she held roles across debt origination, portfolio management, and distressed debt.
Goodwin earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a native of Chicago and moved to Denver in 2015, where she lives with her husband, Geoff, and their two children, Grayden and Anna. Outside of Walker & Dunlop, she enjoys spending time with her family in the mountains and exploring the outdoors.
