Chris Charboneau is a managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, Charboneau is responsible for originating commercial financing for properties located nationwide and structures debt solutions across multiple capital sources and property types.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Charboneau served as an originator and banker in the real estate investment banking groups of Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan. Earlier in his career, he worked as a mezzanine and structured finance lender with Rubicon America Trust and KeyBank.

Charboneau earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin. He is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
