Drew Van Norman
Associate Director, Capital Markets
Drew Van Norman is an associate director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Houston, Texas. In his role, he is responsible for securing financing for owners and developers across all commercial real estate asset classes.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Van Norman was also an analyst and senior analyst, where he focused on underwriting, preparing materials, marketing, negotiating, and ultimately closing financing for over $1.25 billion in debt and equity transactions.
Mr. Van Norman earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and his master’s degree in professional accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a member of the Emerging Leaders Council at the University of Texas Real Estate Center and is licensed as a Real Estate Sales Agent in the state of Texas.
