Garrett McMullan
Associate Director, Multifamily Finance
Garrett McMullan is an associate director of Multifamily Finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Boston, Massachusetts. In his role, he is responsible for responsible for structuring multifamily transactions across several lending platforms, including agencies, life companies, banks, and debt funds.
Prior to his current role, Mr. McMullan worked as an analyst, senior analyst, underwriter, and senior underwriter, as well as a loan officer within Multifamily Finance at Walker & Dunlop. Before that, he gained experience as a research associate at CoStar Group where he was responsible for capturing business critical information and dissecting trends to construct an insightful market narrative for clients to better understand the drivers of value and investment within a given market.
Mr. McMullan earned his bachelor’s degree in Spanish, History, and International Studies from the University of South Alabama. He also holds his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University.
