Garrett McMullan is an associate director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, he is responsible for structuring multifamily transactions across multiple lending platforms, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life companies, banks, and debt funds. Since joining the firm, he has been involved in the underwriting, origination, and execution of more than $8 billion in multifamily loans.

Prior to his current role, McMullan served as a senior underwriter within the firm’s GSE underwriting department. Before joining Walker & Dunlop, he worked as a research associate at CoStar Group, where he captured business-critical information, analyzed market trends, and developed market insights for clients.

McMullan earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish, history, and international studies from the University of South Alabama and holds a Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University.
