Gregory Kelly is vice president and director of product technology at Walker & Dunlop and is based in New Jersey. In this role, he is responsible for building AI applications that make company data and institutional knowledge easier to access, streamline and automate go-to-market activities, and empower employees throughout the company to work more efficiently and effectively.
Prior to his current role, Kelly was director of product for Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, where he led several teams in building automated valuation solutions. Before joining the firm, Kelly worked for the City of New York, where he built products and managed digital transformation initiatives for the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the nation’s largest affordable housing agency. His work helped the department create and preserve more than 200,000 units of affordable housing throughout the city.
Kelly earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in communications and media studies from Fordham University, as well as a master’s degree in urban planning from Cornell University.
