Jack Irion
Associate Director, Multifamily Finance
Jack Irion is an associate director of Multifamily Finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Atlanta, Georgia. In his role, he specializes in multifamily loan originations for a wide variety of asset types nationwide. His experience includes arranging senior debt, supplemental debt, and equity placements from various capital sources, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life companies, and debt funds.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Irion worked as an investment banking analyst in the Leveraged Finance and Debt Capital Markets group at Citizens Financial Group, where he focused on leveraged loan executions including syndicated bank loans, institutional term loans, and mezzanine financing alternatives.
Mr. Irion earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Kenan-Flager Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapell Hill.
