Jackson Irwin is a director of Capital Markets | Equity & Structured Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in New York, New York. In this role, Irwin is responsible for sourcing and structuring debt and equity financing across all commercial real estate asset classes nationwide.

Prior to his current role, Irwin served in multiple positions at Walker & Dunlop, including underwriter within the firm’s GSE underwriting platform. In these roles, he underwrote conventional Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac mortgages for multifamily properties.

Irwin earned a bachelor’s degree with majors in finance and management and leadership from Boston College.
