Jared Diedrich is an associate director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, Diedrich is responsible for underwriting, structuring, and executing transactions including conventional financing, construction financing, bridge financing, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity for commercial real estate assets nationwide.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Diedrich served as a senior financial analyst at CBRE, where he managed income statements across five markets, prepared monthly reporting and variance analysis, and conducted financial evaluations of office markets, budgeting, and expenditure analysis.

Diedrich earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from Southern Methodist University.
