Jared Diedrich
Associate Director, Capital Markets
Jared Diedrich is an associate director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Denver, Colorado. In his role, he is responsible for underwriting, structuring, and executing transactions including conventional financing, construction financing, bridge financing, mezzanine debt and preferred equity.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, he was a senior financial analyst at CBRE, where he maintained income statements for five markets, monthly reporting, variance analysis, financial evaluations of office markets, budget preparation, and expenditure analysis.
Mr. Diedrich earned his bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University.
