John Meunier
Associate Director, Capital Markets
John Meunier is an associate director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Madison, Wisconsin. In his role, he is responsible for financing income-producing properties across all primary asset classes including multifamily, retail, office, hospitality, and special purpose. His work primarily involves properties located within the Midwest but has experience across the United States. Since joining Walker & Dunlop in 2019, Mr. Meunier has successfully closed over $655M worth of commercial mortgages.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Meunier worked as an intern at UDR, formerly United Dominion Realty, one of the largest publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REIT) in the United States with a portfolio of over 48,000 units.
Mr. Meunier earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate & marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
