Jonathan Paine is Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets, and Co-Head of Equity & Structured Finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Houston. In this role, he is responsible for securing structured capital for owners and developers of commercial real estate assets across the United States.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Paine served as Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Capital Markets. There, he was responsible for providing structured capital for nearly $2.2 billion in real estate acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations. Before JLL, Mr. Paine was Vice President of Finance at Means Knaus Partners (MKP) and was responsible for evaluating co-invest opportunities, managing the corporate finance function, and ultimately managing the sale of MKP to Jones Lang LaSalle in August of 2013.

Mr. Paine holds a BBA from Lehigh University, a Masters of Accounting from the University of Texas, and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University. He is also a certified public accountant and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Internal Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
