Karl Rincavage
Director, Multifamily Finance
Karl Rincavage is a director of Multifamily Finance at Walker & Dunlop. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing debt financing solutions for commercial real estate developers and investors throughout the United States. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Rincavage has participated in the origination of over $4 billion worth of debt and equity originations through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and other capital market executions. He has over ten years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in financing conventional multifamily, affordable housing, and seniors housing.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Rincavage worked at Freddie Mac in their Targeted Affordable Housing group. He has also held positions at Novogradac & Company, LLP and Nixon Peabody, LLP.
Mr. Rincavage earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Maryland and his master’s degree in real estate finance from Georgetown University.
