Karl Rincavage is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Towson, Maryland. In this role, Rincavage is responsible for sourcing debt financing solutions for commercial real estate developers and investors nationwide. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, he has participated in the origination of more than $5 billion in debt and equity financings through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and other capital markets executions. He has more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in financing conventional multifamily, affordable housing, and seniors housing transactions.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Rincavage worked at Freddie Mac in its Targeted Affordable Housing group. Before that, he also held positions at Novogradac & Company, LLP, and Nixon Peabody, LLP.

Rincavage earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in real estate finance from Georgetown University.
