Megan Brown is a director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, she is responsible for operations, underwriting, research, marketing materials preparation, due diligence, and general brokerage support for multifamily investment sales assignments.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Brown served as a client services specialist at CBRE, where she focused on multifamily transactions. Earlier in her career, she was an investment marketing associate at Colliers International.

Brown earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Auburn University. She is licensed in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi, and Virginia.
