Megan Brown
Director, Investment Sales
Megan Brown is a director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop. In her role, she is responsible for operations, underwriting, research, marketing material preparation, due diligence, and other general brokerage tasks.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, she was a client services specialist at CBRE, specializing in multifamily. Before that, Ms. Brown was an investment marketing associate at Colliers International.
Ms. Brown earned her bachelor’s degree in finance at Auburn University. She is licensed in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi, and Virginia.
