PJ Feichtmeier
Associate Director, Capital Markets
PJ Feichtmeier is an associate director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop. In his role, he is responsible for capitalizing income-producing properties nationwide; primarily apartment & built-for-rent communities but also industrial, retail, hospitality, and office assets.
Prior to his current role within Capital Markets, Mr. Feichtmeier was an analyst and associate within Walker & Dunlop’s Investment Partners team focusing on the asset management of WDIP’s equity fund investments. Mr. Feichtmeier has additional experience as a real estate advisory analyst at Duff & Phelps where responsibilities included deriving the NAV of large commercial portfolios as well as asset level appraisals and purchase price allocations.
Mr. Feichtmeier earned his bachelor’s degrees in finance and investment banking and real estate and land economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is an active participant in the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association as well as the NAIOP-Colorado Chapter.
