Ryan Castle is the divisional chief operating officer of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he helps lead the strategy, growth, and operations of the firm’s investment management platform, which has approximately $6 billion in assets under management. Since joining the firm in 2015, Castle has helped launch eleven investment vehicles that have invested more than $4.1 billion. He is responsible for strategic and operational initiatives, the formation of new investment vehicles, fund financial management, and the firm’s investor relations, business development, marketing, and human resources functions. He also serves as a voting member of the firm’s investment committees.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Castle served as a senior associate at Green Courte Partners, where he focused on acquisitions and supported the acquisition and development of more than $500 million in assets. Before that, he was a financial analyst at Baxter International, where he held several roles within the corporate finance division.

Castle earned a bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University. An avid marathoner, he also serves on the board of directors of the Denver Colfax Marathon.
