Ryan Pena
Associate Director - Investment Sales
Ryan Pena is an Associate Director of Walker & Dunlop's Investment Sales team, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In his role, Mr. Pena is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily assets throughout the Midwest.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Pena was a Senior Associate with Colliers' East Region Multifamily Advisory Group, where he worked on analyzing, underwriting, and executing the disposition and acquisition of multifamily assets throughout Michigan. Mr. Pena also set the Rookie Production Volume Record in the Colliers' West Michigan office and built the top-producing team in the office. Before that, Mr. Pena worked with one of the largest apartment owners in Southern California, primarily underwriting, analyzing, and helping execute institutional-sized acquisitions, refinances, and equity raises. In this role, Mr. Pena supported the growth of the apartment portfolio to over 2,000 units and $2.5 Billion.
Mr. Pena earned his bachelor's degree in business and finance from Calvin University. He also has his California Real Estate License and his Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License.
