Sean Haar
Director, Apprise
Sean Haar is a director at Apprise by Walker & Dunlop. In his role, he is responsible for the appraisal of multifamily, office, retail, industrial, agricultural, and special-purpose properties across the U.S.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Haar was a valuation specialist at Colliers, where he also provided accurate, unbiased, and ethical appraisal services. Before that, he served as a certified general real property appraiser at Kubert Appraisal Group, PC.
Mr. Haar earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Additionally, he has been a credentialed Certified General Real Property Appraiser since 2022 and is a Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute.
