Sean Skelton is a director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing debt financing for acquisitions, refinances, repositioning and ground up construction projects.  Mr. Skelton specializes in financing complex transactions across all commercial property types.  His clientele includes family offices, investment managers and private equity syndicators.

Mr. Skelton joined Walker & Dunlop in 2014 with the firm’s acquisition of Johnson Capital, a boutique mortgage banking firm headquartered in Orange County, CA.  Prior to Walker & Dunlop, he was an acquisitions specialist at Edgewood Realty Partners, LLC.  Edgewood is an owner-operator of office and retail properties in Los Angeles County.

Mr. Skelton earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
