Steve Evans
Senior Director
Steve Evans is a Senior Director with Apprise, based out of the Irvine, CA office. In his role, he will be responsible for real estate valuation and advisory in the Irvine market. Mr. Evans's appraisal experience extends to a broad range of retail, office, industrial, and multi-family property types, with an emphasis on specialty categories of urban mixed-use, regional malls, casinos, and residential subdivisions. His experience also includes geographic diversity with experience in the Midwest and West Coast markets.
Mr. Evans brings over 25 years of real estate experience to Walker & Dunlop. Prior to Walker & Dunlop, he worked as a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield. Before that, he was a vice president at CBRE.
Mr. Evans earned his bachelor's degree in political science from UC Irvine. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser in California and has his MAI, CCIM, and MRICS designations.
