Tanner Kershaw
Associate Director, Multifamily Finance
Tanner Kershaw is an associate director of Multifamily Finance at Walker & Dunlop based in Calabasas, California. In his role, he is responsible for the origination of multifamily loans through the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending platforms, with a primary emphasis on the Western region of the country. Since joining Walker & Dunlop in 2019, he has been in involved in the origination, execution or underwriting of over $5 billion of funding for multifamily assets.
Prior to his current role at Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Kershaw was an analyst at Aqua Pro Properties, where he was responsible for underwriting acquisitions of industrial/flex assets.
Mr. Kershaw earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and Mortgage Bankers Association.
