Thomas Falkenberg
Director, Investment Sales
Thomas Falkenberg is a director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Chicago, Illinois. In his role, he is responsible for the sale and disposition of seniors housing and healthcare properties across the United States, with a specific focus on active adult and low acuity assets. Mr. Falkenberg and his team have consistently been ranked within the top five Investment Sales teams in the country.
Prior to his current role at Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Falkenberg served as a senior analyst and associate director, where he was responsible for underwriting, valuation, due diligence coordination, and research of active adult, independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. Before that, Mr. Falkenberg was a senior financial analyst at Institutional Property Advisors’ National Seniors Housing Team, where he was responsible for underwriting and valuation of seniors housing and healthcare properties nationwide.
Mr. Falkenberg earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
