Wes Wallace
Director, Capital Markets
Wes Wallace is a director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop based in Houston, Texas. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing and structuring debt and equity for owners and developers of all commercial real estate asset classes. Mr. Wallace joined Walker & Dunlop in 2019 and has successfully raised capital across the capital stack for a variety of property types, including multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality, student housing, office, land, and more.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Wallace worked at JLL as a real estate investment banking analyst, where he was responsible for underwriting and assisting in raising debt and equity for all commercial real estate asset classes.
Mr. Wallace earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
