Yuri Kletsman is a senior director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. In this role, Kletsman provides customized financing solutions to owners and operators of commercial real estate properties across the United States. He has more than 20 years of investment banking and real estate finance experience, including institutional asset management and agency loan origination.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Kletsman served as a managing director at Berkadia, where he focused on capital markets advisory and financing solutions. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior vice president at Alliant, which was acquired by Walker & Dunlop, where he managed the analysis, evaluation, and origination of Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing loans across the Northeast.

Kletsman earned a bachelor’s degree from Temple University.
