Yuri Kletsman
Senior Director, Capital Markets
Yuri Kletsman is a senior director on the Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets team based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. In his role, he provides customized financing solutions to owners and operators of commercial real estate properties across the United States. Mr. Kletsman brings over 20+ years of experience in investment banking, including institutional asset management, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan origination, and commercial loan product services.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Kletsman was a managing director at Berkadia, serving a similar function in capital markets. Before that he worked as a senior vice president at Alliant, which has since been acquired by Walker & Dunlop. There, he managed the analysis, evaluation, and origination of Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing loans for the Northeast.
Mr. Kletsman earned his bachelor’s degree from Temple University.
