Large apartment property receives $52 million in funding

Walker & Dunlop structured a $52 million Freddie Mac Green Up(SM) loan for an apartment complex, originally built in 1961.  To be eligible for this green lending program, the borrower must promise to reduce energy or water or sewage consumption by 15 percent.
