Greenbelt-based Bozzuto Development Company secured a $61.149 million U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) loan Tuesday for Monarch at Waugh Chapel, a Class A multifamily project in Gambrills. The deal was structured by Bethesda-based commercial real estate services and finance company Walker & Dunlop Inc. and is a joint venture between Bozzuto and Reliable Contracting.
