Alex Inman
Senior Managing Director
Alex Inman, Senior Managing Director, joined Walker & Dunlop in November 2009 and is responsible for new loan originations out of the Company’s Dallas office. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Inman has personally arranged over $2 billion in financings from various capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA HUD, CMBS, banks, and life companies. His transaction portfolio consists of over 25,000 multifamily housing units located throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Inman was an associate with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, where he was responsible for originating loans out of the Dallas office. There, he specialized in structuring debt and equity across all major property types.
Mr. Inman is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a bachelor’s degree. Mr. Inman is currently pursuing his CCIM certification, holds a State of Texas real estate salesperson license and is a member of the Texas Real Estate Commission. Mr. Inman is an avid golfer, a voracious reader, a husband, and a father of three. In his down time, Mr. Inman enjoys spending time with his family and traveling with his wife.
