about Cameron Croy

Cameron Croy is a Director for Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners’ and is based in Denver, Colorado. In his role, he is responsible for capital raising across all of WDIP’s closed-end fund vehicles. Mr. Croy is also a member of the equity investment team, responsible for originating, negotiating, and closing structured equity investments for all of the firm’s equity vehicles.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Croy worked as an associate at Amstar Global Partners, where he was responsible for new investment underwriting, due diligence, fundraising, asset management, and reporting primarily in Eastern Europe, Turkey, Russia and select U.S. markets. Before that, he worked at EDENs, a $5B private retail REIT, as an analyst for both acquisitions and development.

Mr. Croy earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University and was captain of the wrestling team.
