Chad Blessed, Associate Production Officer, is based in Walker & Dunlop’s Bethesda, Maryland, headquarters and brings over 12 years of experience in originating, structuring, underwriting, and closing multifamily and healthcare commercial real estate transactions.

His expertise includes extensive experience with affordable housing finance, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and subsidized assets, as well as experience utilizing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development financing solutions. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop in 2013, Mr. Blessed worked at Krooth & Altman as a Paralegal, representing commercial mortgage lenders in complex real estate finance transactions.

Mr. Blessed currently carries both a Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) designation and LEAN designation from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Radford University.
