Kevin Gleason
Senior Director
Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Senior Director Kevin Gleason is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales for multifamily assets, with a focus on middle-markets in the New England Region. Mr. Gleason joined the Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales team in 2018 and brings over ten years of commercial real estate experience to the firm.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Gleason served as Vice President within the Capital Markets Group at JLL. Before joining JLL, Mr. Gleason was an Associate at Massey Khakal Realty Services in New York City. Mr. Gleason has been involved in over $5 billion in multifamily sales throughout his career.
Mr. Gleason graduated from Tufts University, where he was captain of the football team.
