Paula A. Pryor, executive vice president of Human Resources, and a member of the Walker & Dunlop’s executive committee, joined the Company in January 2009. Ms. Pryor is responsible for compensation, benefits, culture, talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Ms. Pryor started her career in human resources with Katzenbach Partners (currently Strategy&). Over her five years with Katzenbach Partners, she helped to build their people infrastructure to internally model the best in class practices they developed for their Fortune 500 clients. Following her tenure with Katzenbach, Ms. Pryor entered the financial services industry as a human resources manager with CapitalSource Inc.
Ms. Pryor graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts in international studies and Spanish, and a minor in history. She completed her master’s degree in Latin American political economy with distinction from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
Beyond the company, Ms. Pryor holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from the HR Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resources Management.
