about Kevin Walsh

Kevin Walsh, Managing Director, is responsible for multifamily originations nationwide and is based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Atlanta, Georgia office. Over the past several years, Mr. Walsh and his team have averaged just under $1 billion in originations of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and life company loans for properties located throughout the United States.

Mr. Walsh joined Walker & Dunlop in 2012 through the acquisition of CWCapital LLC, where he served in a similar capacity. Previously, Mr. Walsh worked for a subsidiary of Credit Suisse.

Mr. Walsh earned a Bachelor of Arts in real estate from The University of Georgia and holds a real estate license in the state of Georgia.
