Alan Davis
Managing Director
Alan Davis is a Managing Director in Investment Sales based in Washington, D.C. In his role, Mr. Davis is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and capital raise for multifamily assets in D.C. and in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Davis was a Managing Director at Eastdil Secured, focusing on banking and private equity transactions for their multifamily platform. Before that, Mr. Davis served as a Senior Managing Director for HFF, LP, now JLL.
Mr. Davis earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from The George Washington University.
