Alan Davis is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales and capital raises throughout Washington, D.C., and the Mid-Atlantic region.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Davis served as a managing director at Eastdil Secured, where he focused on banking and private equity transactions within the firm’s multifamily platform. Before that, he was a senior managing director at HFF, now JLL.

Davis earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from The George Washington University.
