Alex Hilton
Director, Capital Markets
Alex Hilton is a Director of Capital Markets based in Kansas City, Missouri. In his role, he is responsible for the origination of commercial and multifamily loans and sourcing institutional equity for real estate transactions. Mr. Hilton has experience structuring transactions involving permanent financing, construction/permanent financing, bridge and mezzanine loans, and equity capital for a variety of property types, including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, medical office, self-storage, owner-user, and hospitality.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Hilton worked as a vice president at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, one of the nation's largest providers of comprehensive capital solutions for commercial and multifamily real estate assets.
Mr. Hilton earned his bachelor's degree in business administration and political science from William Jewell College and his master's degree in business from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Mr. Hilton has been active in the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) having completed the MBA’s Future Leaders Program in 2019. Mr. Hilton is also a current member of various commercial real estate organizations, including the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
