Alex Hilton is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, Hilton is responsible for the origination of commercial and multifamily loans and sourcing institutional equity for real estate transactions. He structures financing solutions including permanent financing, construction and permanent financing, bridge and mezzanine loans, and equity capital across property types including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, medical office, self-storage, owner-user, and hospitality assets.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Hilton served as a vice president at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he provided capital solutions for commercial and multifamily real estate assets.

Hilton earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and political science from William Jewell College and a master’s degree in business from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. He completed the Mortgage Bankers Association Future Leaders Program in 2019 and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Certified Commercial Investment Member organization.
