Alex Inman serves as the Senior Managing Director at Walker & Dunlop, a leading commercial real estate finance company. Since joining the firm in November 2009, Alex has played a crucial role in originating new loans out of the Dallas office. His tenure at Walker & Dunlop has been marked by significant achievements, including the arrangement of over $9.5 billion in financing from a diverse range of capital sources such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA HUD, CMBS, banks, and life companies.
Alex's extensive experience in the commercial real estate finance sector is evident from his impressive transaction portfolio, which includes more than 152,000 multifamily housing units across the United States. His expertise spans various aspects of real estate finance, including agency lending (GSE & FHA), capital markets, debt and structured finance, debt advisory, and equity placement.
