Alex Vice is a senior director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Ohio. In this role, he is responsible for the sale, disposition, and marketing of seniors housing properties nationwide, including age-restricted, assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, and continuing care communities.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Vice served as a business development associate with Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors division, where he specialized in the disposition of seniors housing and long-term care communities on behalf of private and institutional investors, as well as developers.

Vice earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and entrepreneurship and a master’s degree in business administration from Xavier University. He was a pitcher on the university’s baseball team from 2009 to 2013.
