Alex Vice is a senior director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Ohio. In this role, he is responsible for the sale, disposition, and marketing of the full spectrum of seniors housing property types, including age-restricted, assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, and continuing care communities.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Vice served as a business development associate with Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) division, where he specialized in the disposition of seniors housing and long-term care communities on behalf of private and institutional investors as well as developers.

Mr. Vice earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and entrepreneurship and a master’s degree in business administration from Xavier University, where he was also a pitcher on the baseball team from 2009 to 2013.
