Alexandra Huffman
Managing Director
Alexandra Huffman is a managing director of GSE Production at Walker & Dunlop, based in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, she is responsible for multifamily loan originations through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the company’s bridge lending program. She has significant experience with specialized asset classes including manufactured, student, and affordable housing, in addition to conventional multifamily.
Prior to her current position, she served as a member of the company’s multifamily underwriting department, where she was responsible for the underwriting of over $1 billion in transactions on over 14,000 multifamily units nationwide.
Ms. Huffman earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of Charleston and her master’s degree in real estate with a concentration in finance from Georgetown University. She is a board member of the National Building Museum, junior board member of World Pediatric Project and is affiliated with several other charitable and industry organizations.
