Alisan Rutland is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, she is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales throughout Texas, with a primary focus on the Dallas-Fort Worth market. She has more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience and has facilitated more than $6.5 billion in transactions.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Rutland served as vice president with JLL’s capital markets investment sales team, where she led multifamily marketing and sales efforts. Before that, she began her career at The Apartment Group, where she advanced through multiple roles within the firm’s multifamily investment sales platform.

Rutland earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Louisiana Tech University and a master’s degree in land development from Texas A&M University. She is an alumna of The Real Estate Council’s Associate Leadership Council Class of 2015 and is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and Commercial Real Estate Women. She also serves on the local advisory council for Apartment Life in Dallas.
