Allison Herrera

Allison Herrera is a senior director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, Herrera serves as the Midwest production head for the firm’s small multifamily lending group and is responsible for multifamily loan originations, primarily throughout the Midwest region. She brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Herrera served as a loan production manager at Sabal Capital Partners, where she arranged and executed multifamily agency and CMBS debt while expanding the firm’s broker relationships. Earlier in her career, she served as a regional manager at Silver Hill Funding, executing small balance loans across asset classes through a network of commercial mortgage brokers. She also held senior roles at Bayview Financial, where she oversaw the Midwest commercial real estate owned division and FDIC loss share commercial loan servicing portfolios.

Herrera earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from Franklin University and was the recipient of the James E. Kunk Board Chair Scholarship for Academic Achievement in 2006.
