Amy Hopkins is a senior vice president of Investor Relations at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s investor relations strategy, communicating financial performance and strategic initiatives to the investment community, and advising executive leadership on investor messaging. She has nearly 20 years of financial analysis and capital markets experience, with expertise in equity and real estate valuation, investor communications, and shareholder engagement.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Hopkins served as vice president of investor relations at Elme Communities, where she led investor relations strategy and engagement. Before that, she served in leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and within the valuation advisory services group at Duff & Phelps. Earlier in her career, she served as a senior equity analyst at Compass Point Research and Trading.

Hopkins earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from James Madison University. She is a CFA charterholder.
