Andrea Sibley is an associate director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Hartland, Wisconsin. In this role, Sibley focuses on sourcing and structuring financing solutions for commercial real estate assets nationwide across multiple property types.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Sibley served as an analyst at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where she was responsible for loan analysis, preparation of marketing presentations, and coordinating loan closings.

Sibley earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
