Andrew Eisen is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. In this role, Eisen is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and executing debt financing across all commercial real estate asset classes and transaction types, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, debt fund, CMBS, bank, and life insurance company products. Over the past 10 years, he has been involved in the closing of more than $1.50 billion in debt financings.
Prior to his current role, Eisen served as an underwriter at Arbor Realty Trust, where he participated in the underwriting and closing of more than 100 Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans.
Eisen earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Yeshiva University and a master’s degree in real estate with a specialization in finance and investments from New York University.
