Andrew Kaskel is a senior managing director and head of Capital Markets | Data Center Advisory at Walker & Dunlop and is based in New York City. In this role, Kaskel partners with the firm’s institutional capital markets team nationwide to finance the development and ownership of data centers and other digital infrastructure. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 50 data center financings totaling more than $15 billion in total transaction value.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Kaskel served as a managing director at DH Capital, which was later acquired by Citizens Bank, where he advised digital infrastructure companies and investors.

Kaskel earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Iona University, where he was a member of the men’s golf team.
