Andrew Schoene is a senior director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, Schoene is responsible for arranging financing for multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality properties throughout the United States. He has been directly involved in arranging more than $5 billion in debt financing, including construction, bridge, and permanent structures.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Schoene served as a vice president at BMO Harris Bank, where he originated and managed a portfolio of commercial real estate loans for Milwaukee-based real estate development and investment groups.
Schoene earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate from Marquette University. He is a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks, the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin, and Real Estate Alumni of Marquette. He resides in Wisconsin and enjoys outdoor activities with his family, including skiing, biking, and golf.
