Senior Director
Andrew Schoene is a senior director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, he is responsible for arranging financing for multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality properties throughout the United States. Mr. Schoene has been directly involved in arranging more than $5 billion in debt including construction, bridge, permanent, and mezzanine financing.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Schoene served as vice president at BMO Harris Bank where he originated and managed commercial real estate debt for Milwaukee-based real estate development and investment groups.
Mr. Schoene earned his bachelor’s degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate from Marquette University. He is a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW), and he is an active member of Real Estate Alumni of Marquette (REALM). Outside the company, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family on a pair of skis, a bike, or with a set of golf clubs.
